ForThe Slow Burn Supper, we teamed up with Supersmith, a communal workshop space in Red Hook Brooklyn to celebrate the art of slow living, focused around the concept of taking time to craft by hand. Chef Doug Hwang from Tygershark prepared a special menu using a smoker made especially for the event.
The 3 course menu was a nod to summer BBQ and cocktails by Two Parts Spirit utilized fresh fruit and slow cooked reductions.
